Karate
Our Palmer location offers karate training for ages 3 and up. The Little Ninjas program develops essential skills for our 3-5 year-old preschoolers, like focus, control, balance, and coordination, all while staying active and having fun!
Our family-oriented karate program for ages 5 and up teaches more than self-defense: we teach character values and life skills through the active challenges of karate. Students develop respect, confidence, self-discipline, and leadership from dedicated, expert instructors.

Our students learn to focus their minds and develop the self-discipline necessary to tackle difficult tasks and succeed in pursuing their goals.
