Our team of caring, experienced instructors is dedicated to helping each student achieve their unique goals, while also building character, inner strength, and confidence. We believe that martial arts training is about much more than punches and kicks — it’s about developing mental and emotional discipline, as well as physical strength.

Karate
Our Palmer location offers karate training for ages 3 and up. The Little Ninjas program develops essential skills for our 3-5 year-old preschoolers, like focus, control, balance, and coordination, all while staying active and having fun!
Our family-oriented karate program teaches more than self-defense: we teach character values and life skills through the active challenges of karate. Students develop respect, confidence, self-discipline, and leadership from dedicated, expert instructors.

ADULT Karate
LVMA offers adult martial arts, karate, self-defense, fitness, and Tai Chi classes for every experience level. Whether you want to relieve stress, get stronger, learn practical self-defense, or try something more meaningful than a traditional gym routine, our beginner friendly adult programs help you build confidence, discipline, balance, and overall wellness in a supportive community. Our martial arts and karate classes develop strength, focus, and accountability, while self-defense training helps adults feel safer and more prepared in everyday life. For those looking for a calmer, more meditative practice, Tai Chi offers a gentle way to improve balance, mobility, flexibility, and peace of mind with no prior experience required.

At Lehigh Valley Martial Arts, we are committed to making a positive impact on our community. We support local non-profit organizations such as The Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley and Sights for Hope.

Sights for Hope transforms the lives of people with visual impairments in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley and Monroe County by removing the barriers to their independence and success. Services include life skills education, technology solutions, individualized support, vision screenings for children, and community education programs – promote self-sufficiency and inclusion.

When a parent hears the words “your child has cancer,” their world is forever altered. PCFLV is able to immediately step in and offer assistance and support to the entire family. PCFLV embraces the pediatric cancer journey alongside children and their families, moving forward as a community with love, hope, and smiles.
